Dear ATVC: Does anyone know a 4/110 hub that will fit a 24 spline LT230s axle? I think I saw somewhere that the 200x rear hubs might fit but I’m not sure. I am using the axle for a small dune buggy I am building, so any bolt pattern that has a common rim would really work. The cheaper (and stronger) the better!!!
You have many options, actually. The 24 spline rear hub design became a Suzuki staple in that era, coming equipped on all of the LT230 variants as well as the LT250Rs from 87-92.
We have even heard the design continued for the LT450R 4-strokes, which, with a little searching, can still be purchased factory new and use the Honda-style 4 x 110mm bolt pattern.
You mentioned the Honda 200X and indeed Honda has a plethora of 24 spline 4 x 110mm options that are compatible:
