Check Out Freelander: A Quad Hoping To Kickstart a New Category

When we take a look at all of the various models of the many ATV manufacturers around the world, it’s easy to get into the line of reasoning that every niche’ is covered.

Irving Texas’s Denago begs to differ. According to them, there is a gap in the market for those riders looking for an affordable, smaller bore 2-wheel drive trail machine ready to carry a passenger.

Meet the Freelander 300 FI, a machine Denago expects will dominate this emerging category.

The Freelander is one of only two vehicles in its category to offer 1+1 seating with removable passenger backrest, allowing for ample additional storage space for those solo adventures.

Spec wise, the Freelander looks to run an electronic fuel injected 270cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine with fully automatic CVT transmission that includes high, low, neutral, and reverse. Final drive will come in the form of a maintenance-free shaft system.

It also comes stock with hydraulic disc brakes all around, a 2500 lbs. electric winch, custom aluminum wheels, full floorboards, front and rear racks and a receiver with a removable hitch that comes prewired for trailer lights.
