hi would just like to say it is a gy 200 and not a bad one to. I bought my one off them just before xmass .its not hard to reg the bike but you my have to take to your local office for inspetion .[ no sva needed] .now as for speed it will do about 60/65 mph flat out with standerd sprokets ie 17 front 56 rear .recomend rear to be 47 and front 17 will need to remove 2/3 links but recomend new chain with sproket from ginger parts in the uk .they are on the net . and great to deal with . top speed now 75 80 its great +recomend lifting needle in carb by 2 notches .

hi is your exhaust on the left or right ? you can cut open the standerd can and modify but
i would talk to a guy called barry at bzr motorcycles for more info he is on ebay but closed for stock check at the moment . he is also very cheap on parts got speedo/rev counted of him with fixings for 28 pounds . recomend sproket change exhaust will get louder the older it gets.

the exhaust is on the right handside looking from the back... and yes it is a ty200, but made by lifan to a higher standard.. as for the spockets, i am leaving mine as standard. you do get a higher top speed for sure, but a loss in acceleration, on the way up to it.. i am using mine just to cruise around and a ball cooler when summer gets here, as i have a bigger bike for the speed thing.. I just found this forum from a Google search. I just recently purchased an Alpine 200 enduro. I really like everything about the bike except for the stock 56 tooth sprocket. I bought, but need to install, a 46 tooth replacement to get the most from the bike as far as riding on the street is concerned. I recently set up a Yahoo Group called Jetmotogroup to discuss the Jetmoto/Alpine line, but anybody is welcome. We have members with all different brands, including one member with the Hongdou 200 which should interest the gentlemen (smudge, zebs, nutterted) from the UK who were discussing this brand just before this post. Come one, come all.
