I did get a owners type manual converted from china to broken english. It has milage service list, Valve, clutch, oil,fuel stuff. Nothing on how checking/adjusting timing or wiring. I was able to cross their recommend spark plug to a Autolite in which i will cross that to a cold plug since it was recommended for longer higher speed operation. I think the Lifan engines are most as a Honda if the top side cover is the access to the valve chain, As like mine NOT! seems based on a lawn mower engine But i got the bugs worked out & running preety good. **edited by atvconnection moderator**

heres the story i first found these at a hole sale warehouse in my area for 850 bucks then i found a rich boy that got his dad to buy a bike faster than 45mph now i got a gy 200 for 400 bucks looks great bike has 20miles on odomiter.

This project kept getting pushed behind my many other projects. Its finally done and should get some time off road this weekend. There is about 40 lbs of steel cut from the frame. The battery was relocated from behind the side panel in the rear to a spot next to the carb. A new header/tail pipe was fabricated from 1.25" tubing and a muffler from a 200 quad was added. Gold anodized alum rims have Kenda Carlsbad 772 knobbies mounted on them. Orange anodized Jetmoto handle bars are used with the stock controls.

 

I have a 200cc offbrand. Stock. Enduro, I drilled out the baffel, I went on ebay typed in xl 185 sprocket, there was a lot. I bought one that said 43t Wich is 43teeth, it made a huge huge difference on the road and first gear is peppy still, it cruises so much better on the road. It was very easy to do, I also went to Honda and bout a 110 jet n pod air firlter. So is that all the nods there are??? All this was very easy and cheap, ill let you guys know top speed in a few days when I get tags, but I'm guessing 50 to 55.
