How did you measure the spark?

How did you measure the compression?

Spark, Fuel Compression. This is what you need. One (or more) must be missing...

Actually check the compression.....I did the finger method and found that once I put a guage on it my finger method let me down.

Im guessing the valves need adjusted.....

I have a Womat (newer version of the Meerkat) and oddly Ive had to put a valve in it already......after only about 2 hours of riding. Since then its been fine.....but that sucker was bent like a cheap penny.

Default valves

watched you tube video on adjusting valves. ive never done it.looks fairly easy any hints before i tackle this.
my compression wont go as small as that spark plug hole.went to three different places today to get adapter with no luck. so i figured tommorrow id just try the valves and see what that does.

Welcome to the forum mpdp72!

I always adjust valves on a stone cold engine...(1 that hasnt been run in a few hours or more).. You want to adjust the valves at TDC.. A 4 stroke has 2 TDC's... you want the TDC just after the intake valves close..
