Most 150cc machines are wired similar (though the wire colors might not be exactly the same). Check this link:

On page two there is a generic 150cc wiring diagram. If it is the bystarter valve (autochoke) wiring you are troubleshooting then there is an alternate way it could be wired. In the above linked diagram the bystarter valve is powered from the 5 pin regulator, which in turn gets its power from the stator raw AC voltage. Another common way to wire it up is to take one side of the stator battery charge winding (raw AC voltage) and feed it through a 10 ohm power resistor to the bystarter valve. The other side of the bystarter is grounded.
Are you sure the bystarter isn't working? There is a test routine here:
