How to adjust carb on 150cc

How to adjust carb on 150cc
I have a 150cc taotao and i cleaned out the carb and got it to run but i think the carb is now out of adjustment. There are 2 screws on the left side of the carb one in the middle and another on the bottom of the float bowl. I need to know how many times they need to be screwed out.
