I have a max 110cc coolster. It fouls the plug. it starts and idles just runs rich. I cleaned the carb with carb cleaner. still rich, then I lowered e clip to top position. Still rich. I have now decided to dip carb in carb cleaner. I was wandering if anyone knows the valve clearance specs for these things? Or any beta on what might be the problem?

Did it ever run right? did you buy it that way? new? used? .004 on the valves
