That is all you need, or at least all you can expect to know about your machine. Google Taotao ATA 250c and you get dozens of Chinese spares specialists wanting to sell you bits for it.
I recently bought a taotao Ata110d but the motor was swapped. I look on the motor and the engine number is tzh157tmi. Does anyone know what motor this is and what cc it is, it’s a horizontal motor.
Just googled 157TMI and got nothing but TZH157FMI results, are you sure it is a T? Anyway, 57 is the bore size. It is usually used on 125s but Chinese makers do mix and match bores and strokes, so may use the same cylinder, stroked, to give a different engine size. This https://www.made-in-china.com/showro...ZH157FMI-.html is one that came up, unusual in having the fins the "wrong way" for a motorcycle to air cool properly, looks like an alloy cylinder though, so cooling is more efficient.
107cc could be correct. As I wrote, bores and strokes are varied to give whatever the maker wants. It is going to be either a 110 or 125, so does this matter? If you are determined to find out, take the head off and measure the bore and stroke.
Those are GY6 engined machines with reverse gearbox on the rear axle, as I wrote above. This is probably all you are going to find out about it and probably all you will ever need to know.
