Default 2004 kymco 150 quad valve clearance?

it`s hard to start .it will not idle with choke off.
i`m thinking the exhaust valve ain`t closing tight.
auto parts stores don`t have service manuals.
china scooter store don`t work on them.

I looked online and found specs ranging from 0.003" to 0.005". I'd lean towards 0.005" and see if the valves are noisy; if so, I'd close them up to 0.004".
