OK, make sure the small jet is good and clean.
Then work through the idle adjustments. I posted some good links here....

ok i will be that just to let you know the atv is brand new so the jets shouldnt be plug . ya if i have it at idle then go to full throttle fast it will die..however if i have it at ilde then slowly go to full throttle it works fine just to let you know this

Just so you know, with these Chinese parts new means NOTHING. They have to be checked. They may be clear, but the smallest debris will cause problems. Never, never assume anything with a Chinese quad. I myself have learned this the hard way several times before I just started checking EVERYTHING systematically with each problem I encounter.
