I don't, that's why I want a quad with a cvt. Some people just don't understand how to shift gears. They just want to hit the gas and go. They ride maybe once a year and really don't care to learn. People that know how to shift gears, usually they have their own quads and don't need to ride mine.

ok the 67 year old i can understand...the 32yr old ehh-should know better and not be so lazy lol... and the 16 and 12 year old u should force to learn how to use gears...its good for them to learn! and if you want im pretty sure you can start in 3rd gear...idk about 4th...but idk how much space you have them to ride around but 3rd gear...im sure you can get up to about 35-40mph ? i know i can do that with my trx

Yeah I've seen em starting in 3rd gear... and yelled at them too! They say "I know, I know" and then keep doing it. Typical kids... Then then they stomp on the shifter if it doesn't shift easy enough for them. I'm going to have bent shift forks and a burnt clutch if they keep at it.

Like I said though, I just want a quad I don't have to explain anything. Just fire it up and say "here is the gas, here is the brake". They dont have to worry about shifting gears and I dont have to worry about burnt clutches.

well i guess kinda for a 12 year old girl....a guy should be able to handle it...a 16 year old should definitely handle it and its the smallest thing i could find that is auto...the only think i dont like about it for a beginner would be that since its auto, if you let off the gas it wont slow down as fast as something with gears would...it likes to keep rolling - thats the only thing i dont like about it and for a beginner may not fully understand why it doesnt slow down but continues to roll
