You could always just wire it to switched ignition power. One wire goes to ground, and the other wire goes to 12 volts which is switched on and off with the ignition switch. This will work, but it isn't ideal. Normally the choke (actually it is a bystarter valve) is wired to something that only provides power when the engine is actually running instead of just when the ignition is on. So the quads are usually wired to it's own pin on the voltage regulator, or to one phase of the three phase AC power out of the stator - which only output power when the engine is turning.
If you wire it to switched 12 volts it will work fine unless you switch on the ignition, wait 2 minutes, and then push the start button to try and start up the quad. By that time the choke will have already gone through it's warmup sequence and turned the choke off. If the choke is powered only when the engine is turning you cannot get into this situation.
Or look for an extra output on the regulator, or extra wires coming off the stator going to a resistor. The far side of the resistor powers the choke.
