does anyone know where you can find or download a service manual for this bike.im having electric start issues and cant find where to get parts.the 2 canadian tire stores in my area wouldnt know a atv part from a garden hose

What kind of electric start issues are you having?

 

It seems like its not engaging the flywheel.I don't want to take it apart unless I have a diagram to go by

 

The starter clutch is slipping. This one way sprag clutch sits between the starter and the engine. I allows the starter to grab ahold and spin the engine, but once the engine starts up it freewheels. This keep the engine from spinning up the starter motor when it starts.

OK guys i am new new new here do have a question though just purchased an 07 wilderness 400-U pull start would like to know if i can change this over to electric start ??what i need and where to purchase is this a major job or a nights work thanks wayne in cold cold Kingston east.Ontario

 

just a note about baja motorsport.net,i have emailed them 2 times in the last month and as of yet i have got no response.its plain to see they dont care what there customers ask or want.it may be time to sell it and go back to yamaha
