toa toa 110cc carb trouble

Need some info on carb adjustments. The motor is a 2007 110cc toa toa. I need to know float drop measurement and idle screw adjustment. However many full turns from a seated idle screw would be nice to know

there is a "stickie" at the top of the list when you go to the chinese section that will tell you all that you need to know about adjusting the carb.
