pops out of gear!!

i just bought a new coolster 125cc and when i give it gas it pops out of gear and at times it wont go into 1st gear and other times i cant get it out of 1st. can someone help me solve this problem???

sounds like you have a bent fork or the forks are not properly allinged with the shift drum

I had to send the whole engine back to them and they're gonna fix it. They said its probably in the motor.
