Chinese 110 drain plug with spring?
#1
What is the drain plug with the coiled spring and rod for? It has a blue oil in it. Does anyone know how much oil is needed to replace this fluid and where the filler for it might be?
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks Mainstreet,
But do you know anything about the fluid level? I'm not sure if it is lubed my the motor oil or if I need to add a different lube, or where to add the fluid for that matter. When I opened it up, a mimimal about of blue fluid came out with it. It was a viscous fluid.

I don't have a 110cc machine, but this is a common question on the forums. The "push rod" is the cam chain tensioner. Most new owners take out this plug looking for the oil drain hole. The advice I've seen (on this forum and others) is to just put it back in the way it came out, and don't worry about adding lube.

I found how to fill it back up their in a bolt under your stator with a weird.circle around I pulled it trying to get my stator cover off and it started leaking the blue oil mine wasn't blue more of a brownish watery color loll... but then I pulled that spring bs instead of the acuall oil drain plug lol but you can re fill it just need to know what kind of oil it needs
