how quick does the battery "run down"? sounds like you got juice going to ground. hmmm... do you have any ground wires that are warm, hot, or look like the jacket insulation is melting/melted? how's your fuse on the positive side of the battery, if you have one, ?

Outofline and Jaster94 both have good comments. Here is another thought:
Disconnect the battery from the quad. Charge it up, then disconnect the charger, and then let the battery sit overnight all by itself. Reconnect it to the quad in the morning and try to start the quad. Does the quad crank and start up? If not the battery self discharging internally. If it does start the quad then the battery is not the immediate problem at least. Then we can determine what is draining the batteryafter that.
