Unhappy Can someone please help ?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to quads, for mothers day I bought my wife an 05 Kazuma Falcon250 she likes it but the front end has no control she hits a little bump and it throws the bike all over, there's no front end damage that we can see, and the motor is shakey is this normal ? thank you.

Welcome to the forums.

When the bike is parked, do the shocks seem to be working ok? All the front end parts seem to be tightened? Handlebars seem to be tightened?

From the description, the shocks, tie rods and steering stem is where I'd start looking. Maybe someone who is a little more familiar with this model can get you some more definite answers.

pull the hub caps off of the front wheels and make sure the castle nuts are made up and that a cotter pin is installed and spread so the castle nuts won't back off. that's another thing to check. obviously make sure the lug nuts are tight too. check the entire steering circuit from the handlebars down to the tie rods just like Scootergptx recommends. also, as far as the motor, check the motor mounts.......all of them.......

Check the wheel alignment. Face the quad front end from 20 feet away with the quad wheels steered straight ahead. Look to see if the wheels are toed in or toed out. They should be parallel (this is adjustable).

Raise the quad front end and put it on a block so the whole front suspension is free to wiggle. Look for loose fittings, or things that go clunk clunk a lot.
