Default Trans, shaft or diff...

Afternoon everyone!

I was trying to pull a very heavy load and with my wheeler this weekend and now have no forward or backward action. The transmission still shifts, I feel a little bump when it goes into gear, neutral reverse etc. Shifter moves but no movement at all when I release the clutch. Where should I start looking?
Clutch, transmission, rear diff?

Roketa 2 wheel drive 250 cc engine.

Yes it has reverse, I think I'm just going to start tearing parts apart. But since I've never done anything like this, I could have a parts vehicle real quick.

Anyone else have some suggestions?

Since the reverse is in the rear end Id take it apart first.

Did this thing quit pulling while pulling the heavy load? or not work later after pulling the load? Id start by taking the chain off... start the engine and put it in gear... does the engine sprocket turn? if it does.. can you stop its movement with a piece of wood? if you can... you got 1 of 2 things wrong... fried clutch(likely) broken gear shaft(less likely)

I popped the clutch and loss pull immediately. I didn't hear anything snap though.
Is there a sheer pin in there somewhere?
I was actually thinking the clutch. Shaft drive with a rubber boot from the transmission. I pulled the rubber boot and no turning of the shaft. Are clutches hard to rebuild?

There could be a broken key on the crank shaft.. never seen one, but who knows.. weird for a clutch to work and then not work.. but maybe the lining sheared off the plate...
