Default shandong liangzi 1000cc sand viper vibrations

Just bought above go cart/dune buggy. Have worked out all but one bug. I bought this thing brand new have only put 140km on it. The problem I have is the drivers side drive shaft (I think) vibrates bad and vibrates worse when turning right, when there's more pressure on it. Anything helps. Thanks.

Not sure the joints have sealed rubber boots over them. The one that vibrates installed easy where the one that's fine took an hour to seat it all the way. And no play in it. Its tight. Ill take a pictue of it

Looked at the pics..cant see much.. My guess would be the one that seats easily and vibrates... has to much free play..(the reason it went together easier)

I have tried to get it tighter, there is a codder pin in the end of it that goes thru the nut and one more revolution of the nut the codder pin woul be useless, beyond the outside of the nut. That's where I got stuck and can't figure it out. Could it be the drive shaft came from factory not perfectly straight? It is welded together in middle and it did com from china...

Quailty isnt the Chinese strongest point... could be a bent shaft.. you could straighten it if you have access to a press..

I got crude tools. Welder torch ext. No press. How can I tell if it isn't straight whack it up and put it in gear and watch it rotate? Im not a very advanced mechanic.

I would pull it off and roll it on the edge of a couple 2x4's..

but you should be able to see if one is worse then the other by watching it rotate... just make sure its up off the ground and blocked well..
