Does anyone know what motor they cloned at all?
This is a 193cc water cooled 4 stroke.
I asked at the honda dealership, and was told honda never made a 200cc water cooled 4 stroke that they could remember at all.
KTM makes 193cc 2 strokes...., but i have been unable to think of any manufacturer that made a 193cc and called it a 200cc.

 

Most of the 200/250cc engines from China(the ones that are push rod type) are a early 80's Honda 175 that was sold overseas... never in the US.. Bored and or stroked to get 200 and 250cc.

Not sure about the OHC engines..
