I noticed that my 200cc quad radiator tube that holds the anti-freeze liquid starting leaking from the bottom screw so I plan on fixing that then refilling the tube

What should I refill the white radiator tube in the picture with?

Is pre-mixed 50/50 anti-freeze (already has water mixed in it) fine?

 

The Premixed stuff will be fine.. If it has what ever it came with stock in it... now would be a good time to drain and refill with something that didnt come from China.
