Default Baja 400 regulator

Before you put power to regulator pull the fuse like I show in my video. Turn power on tap fuse. If it sparks something is wrong if it is a new regulator. Get somebody to check wiring I guess. I got a great regulator with overload protection from RM Stator for like under $50! Not a problem since. Also I bought excide battery. The Canadian tire ones are garbage & they lied never gave me money back after two of those quit assoon as it got below freezing. Never knew about recall. https://youtu.be/FR_sA-N96g0

Default Baha 400. Yes it's a Yamaha clone. I have an 07 Yamaha wplverine 450 4x4

Yes they are a Yamaha clone. Parts interchange. Even volt reg and wiring is the same and interchangable. I have a 450 wolverine 4x4 and a Baha 400. The parts interchange between bikes. Even wiring. Only difference is the engine. Frame is virtually identical. As well as interchangable parts

I don't want to buy parts from Baja as they ruded me out & don't stand behind products or listen well. I bought this bike from Canadian Tire thinking it was serviced by them. I never used it so it went off warranty. I have only used it ten times. It nearly burnt my house down as main fuse never blew & regulator shorted smoldering away on it's own in my garage with a full tank of gas. Baja told me this is impossible, right. I then bought a new regulator 1 trip & luckily it failed near truck. I want to get it from a reputable dealer if possible as theirs are faulty. Anyone? Tossdart
