baja 150

Look at Baja Motorsports. They should have the owners manual for your quad at least.
The main question is whether you have a GY6 style 150cc engine on your quad. If you do then you have a plethora of service manuals to choose from. I think the baja 150cc is a GY6 engine, but I'm not totally sure. GY6 engines have a CVT belt drive fully automatic transmission, and no clutch handle on the handlebar. Gy6 engines have a plastic shrouded cylinder head (part of a forced air cooling system),and an open fan on the flywheel to suck air in. Search for pic's of GY6 engines and you'll see what I mean. Don't pay attention to the side engine covers - every quad manufacturer tends to make this piece unique - but the rest looks the same.
GY6 service manuals (the engine is used on scooters, motorcycles, ATVs and buggies) are all over the place (for free download of course). If you have a GY6 engine I can help you find them.
