Jets are clogged in the carb. Pull the card apart, remove the jets and clean out all the holes. This is quite common. I've had to do this with 3 of my quads this summer alone. Also, if you don't have an inline filter between the petcock and the carb, I strongly recommend installing one. They are only a couple bucks and can be found at any autoparts store. There are several threads on here with pics to show what I mean.

Sometimes there's some junk in your fuel tank/lines that may be getting in there. If you have a magnifying lens, use it to inspect all the jet holes. I've done the multiple cleaning thing too and it gets frustrating to say the least, but then using the magnifying lens, I find more clogged ports that the naked eye just didn't detect. If all else fails, a new carb is only about $25-$30 off eBay............depending on what size your engine is (you didn't say).

Did you get your idle sorted? As I mentioned, I have a 110cc that was doing the same thing.....It took 3 times removing/tearing down/cleaning the carb, but It's running like a champ now.

As for diagrams, try this site. They are pretty hit/miss, but you may get lucky. Chinese Atv Wiring Diagrams - Chinese Engine Parts - Roketa Atv 110 Wiring Diagram - Buyang Atv 90

Its hard to argue against just changing out a $25 carburetor compared to taking it apart 8 times.

But I must admit, I'm the stubborn type who would probably take it apart 10 times and still not order a new one .
