250cc Roketa Relay help.

I got this Atv engine because i am making my own atv and i need to know where to hook the wires and what to do. the wires that appear to come from the stator do not have a plug on them. they are red, black, blue, yellow, and green. the cid is one of those 6 pin cdi's with the 2 separate plug holes. i dont know where to connect the ignition coil, cdi, voltage regulator ect. im about ready to buy a new stator and voltage regulator

So I take it you have no wiring harness?
Where did that CDI come from? Is it the one that originally was installed with this quad engine? Do you know if it is DC powered or AC powered? They look the same, and you cannot tell by looking.
Wiring up an entire quad engine is a huge job. Are you sure you're up to this?
On your stator wires: Use a meter to measure the resistance from each of those wires to engine ground. This is a start to determine which wire is what. Report what you find.
Then take all the wires that read open circuit (infinite ohms) and measure the resistance between them. Find all the wires that are connected together and report the colors of the wires that connect together, and the resistances you measured.
This will determine which wires fom the stator are the battery charge windings (and whether you have a single phase or three phase charging system), which wire(s) are the trigger winding, and (if your CDI is AC powered) which wire is the AC Ignition Power winding.
Do you have all the required electrical components: Starter solenoid, battery, voltage regulator, ignition switch, kill switch(es), ignition coil, etc.?
