2001 Hyosung Mosquito 50-Please help!
Hi guys,
I just got a used 2001 Hyosung Mosquito QX 50. Its in good shape but has been neglected a bit. Does anyone have a manual for this quad? What type of oil do I fill the resevoir with? It looks like its a 2 stroke.
The biggest problem I have is that it does not have a key. I took the plastics off and the back of the key ignition deal has 4 wires coming out that lead to a pigtail plug. Does anyone know how I can get a new key or bypass/fix this problem if I cant get a key?
Please help, and thanks!

when i had 2 strokes, the polaris brand of 2 stroke oil is very good. that's what i would use if i were you.
on the key issue, you can have a key made by a locksmith with your original ignition switch which would cost a little bit(the last one cost me $15 plus 1 hour wait time--faster than online ordering), OR, you can take the ignition switch out, match it up to another one at your dealer or online and buy a new one. i don't know if you have a local dealer or not, but don't let them fool you, several of the china brand parts interchange with most of the china quads. you'll just need to match up wire colors and a 4 pin or 5 pin set up. that's what you look for. several websites to choose from. the easiest ones will have a 1 800 number, i would use them so you could talk to them as opposed to others. holler back if ya have any other questions.
