curious if anyone else out there has a little chinese atv 90cc that does the same as mine...

when I rip it around the yard to get it ready for the little guy once you hit a certain speed it bangs and shakes when I say bang I can't think of a better way to put it but it just feels like something loose inside I don't know much about the inside engine works.. just a rough ride

 

are the rubber motor/tranny mounts worn out? (bushings). i know the last time i had a 90cc quad and i rode it, obviously i am too big for it, i know i know, joke time. but anyways, i bottomed out the suspension and it banged pretty good. but after a thorough inspection, i found that the rubber motor/tranny mounts were shot. i replaced them and we never looked back. it was good to go.

 

does it bang when you just hit the throttle while it is sitting still? if it's an automatic, hoist up the rear end on blocks or a hoist and rev it up to make sure if it's an internal or external noise.

 

ya should have been more specific... def an internal noise
