Hi. I have a 90cc Sunl atv which has no power leaving the brand new selinoid nor the starter. Would the CDI box cause this or what will.

 

So look at your brand new solenoid. Find the two large screw posts....

Now set your parking brake, and make sure you are in neutral....

Take a screwdriver shank and short together the two screw posts on your starter solenoid. Some sparking is OK. Does your starter motor turn?

 

It is an automatic. I have power leaving the battery going to the solenoid on one post but nothing leaving the solenoid. I didn't know if not having the kill switch on the back of the atv or could it be the cdi box or something else.

 

Check the battery's voltage. Check the inline fuse if you have no juice. Check your battery terminals for tightness. If your battery is charged, then voltage to your solenoid should be there. Follow Lynn's advice. Set your brake & check that brake switch to make sure it is working. That's a safety interlock. Then it should crank. I've had the same machine before. be patient.
