My kid gets pretty bad vibration on his Tao Tao 125cc. I cant believe there is no dampening between engine and chassis. On mine is mostly because of a bent rear wheel.
Try to even out the tire pressure on all four, and double check no bolts/nuts are loose, properly tighten.
I read here on the forums somebody injected silicone or a similar component into the handlebars and any open holes in the chassis to absorb the vibration.
Chinese should make the ATVs like road bikes, out of carbon fiber, to dampen road buzz, lol.
