new guy here. i just bought a 06 sunl 109 quad. took the plastics off to fix a few things and wash it up. tried to hot wire it since the ignition is glued to the plastics and popped a fuse. changed fuse and put plastics back on. now it has no spark. did i screw up the coil? cranks good just no fire. any other ideas?

 

Does your CDI have five pins or four pins? The troubleshooting procedure is different between these two topologies.

You'll need a voltmeter to do all of the tests.
