How do I set carb on Sunl 70cc?

Default How do I set carb on Sunl 70cc?
I am not sure of the year around 07-09. It has always run rich. I pulled the carb to clean it and tried to adjust the one screw assuming it was for fuel air mix. Now the bike will only run if I hold the choke open. Any suggestion? If I buy a new carb does it come set?
