Recently, the chain snapped and broke the main sprocket cover, magneto cover, and ripped out this wire. I found the 2 covers and chain on Coolster.com, but I cannot find what this wire is or where to replace it. I think it is a neutral indicator device. The ATV that this came off of is a 125 cc COOLSTER 3125R PSD/RX5. Can anyone tell me what this wire is and where I can purchase a new one?

 

Also, the bolt, the wire and cap cover, when it is turned to the right, puts it in reverse, turned to left, puts it in neutral and turned left will place it in driver without shifting. When the cap is on, it lights up the neutral and reverse indicators on the ATVs display. And yes I know this is a POS cheap Chinese ATV, but my kids love it and it is what we can afford. Please help thanks!
