I recently bought a 2006 BMX 4 wheeler from a friend. It has been sitting up for a long time and not used. I am unable to get it to start. Charged Battery and it held a charge, it seems to want to turn over but when I press the throttle it cuts off. Also I would like to know if you could tell me where I can get an owners manual for it.
