Buyang Shift Linkage Problem

Buyang Shift Linkage Problem
The shifter will lock up usually in low gear and I have to use a pair of pliers to move the low range shift arm at the transmission to free it up. This happens in both the 300 and 550cc. It seems to happen when stopped and shifting into low range to get up a hill or over some rough terrain. Whassup?
