90cc redcat won't start

If I was you....Before I did anything else I would drain the gasoline out of it and put in fresh gas.
Odds are the gasoline has water in it. YOU said it ran and started good BEFORE the water, so maybe, being you are getting fire, (spark), at the plug, it may be just water in the gasoline.
I know it sounds simple but it will cost less than the CDI and plug did, to try it.
but you should post back so we will know... it will help us help others.

I thought I drained the tank to start but not sure. Will do again and I have not had time to adjust the valves hopefully this weekend I will have time to work on it. I will let you know how things work out.
