Hi I have a 90cc sunk atv, I had no spark. I pulled the pin in the CDI for the kill switch, tested for spark I do have strong spark now. Just wondering the best way to go about testing and fixing the kill switches .

May not be a switch at all. Could just as well be the kill wire shorted to ground somewhere. You'll need to trace it down with a multimeter.

 

Did you figure out what your problem was & how? I have the same problem right now and am working on tracing it down.
