Tao Tao 250cc & Buyang 110cc
I picked these quads up for about 1000 bucks. I was in atv long ago and there was no market for cheap quads. I have found flaws with them I do not like. Only 125cc are semi auto which is my kind of shifter. I have seen the flaws of people buying these and putting them together everyone does it different.
Tao Tao 250cc is a clutch it's ok, but has no low end. So am going to change the front sprocket from a F 15 with R 40 to a F 13 and R 40. Grab a 428H chain. Should be little better. I don't like the rubber intake so me and a friend are going to fab a lot of these parts up to make them last longer.
Buyang 110cc is fully auto great for my wife and kid to play with. Down falls have been no low end power once again.
After reading doing my homework. I see yes I will need to want to work on these which is great. I don't mind working on something I can drive like I own it. My main questions are best part stores any tips people have found to make these ATV run a little smoother.
1.) Parts stores online
2.) Any tips to a dress now so I wont need to later.
3.) I have a set of bear claws brand new I picked up local for 100 bucks. There 22x12-8 will these fit?
4.) How can I tell what rims will fit the ATV's with trail and error.
5.) How many links are both atv see one has a chain tensor that or not worth 2 cent.
ANY help or tips welcome.

In the rear is a 40 tooth. Front is a 13 tooth. She has WAY more low end pulling power. Hills are so much easier to climb now. those are kenda bearclaws 22x12-8 they will cut there on trail in hard dirt. When in the mud they clear the thread a lot easier. Just with the tire upgrade I was going though holes with ease. I did get new itp rims from someone local and they happen to fit. I don't know the size. cost of upgrade 13 tooth and kmc 428h chain about 40 bucks. Rims where off cl for 50. Kenda where 200 bucks. Bear claws are a basic mud tire with little over a 1" thread. i could have went way more aggressive with the sprocket setup. might be doing that later on or on my next quad.
