did you check your inline fuse on the positive cable? did you check the wiring connections from your battery to your solenoid then on to the starter? double check the wiring harness quick connects around the quad. finally, you'll need to check the connections on the backside of the keyed ignition switch. what position is the kill switch in on your left handlebar? the red slider switch? is it in the "off" or "run" position? does your quad have the safety interlock where the left handlebar brake lever needs to be activated in order to send electricity to the starter? sometimes, even new quads, the quick connects can come apart. no big thing, we just gotta find it or a pinched wire.

so the dash lights work but the brake light doesn't?
. pull the brake lever on the left handlebar, do you hear a "tink"? that should be the brake switch activating. have plenty of DOT4 brake fluid in the reservoir?

on my china quad power goes from ignition switch into brake switch's, then branch's out to light and start relay/solenoid from there. no familiar with your quad, but does it have two brakeing locations? both levers, or right lever and foot brake? mine has two and power can come out of both/either to power up the starter relay. grab a test light/volt meter you'll need one to figure out whats next.
did your owners manual come with an electrical schematic in the back as my coolster manual has? if so take a pic and post it up on here.

here is how mine is. except I have two brake switch's. foot pedal which uses a brake fluid pressure switch, and a rt hand lever. either one will turn on the light and supply power to the starter relay.
you know you can use something to bypass the starter system by just touching the two heavy gauge wires together at the starter relay/solenoid to crank the engine right? while I was waiting for my replacement parts, I just used an open end wrench.
