UPDATE: got it running, full update in original thread,

Clutch is touchy as heck though, i don't know if its because i haven't had a chance to fine tune the throttle, or if i need to adjust it any ideas?

 

Throttle wont affect clutch, you can have it screaming its **** off and will still be smooth if clutch is let out slowly enough. When I taught my kids to ride (12 and 9) I turned the idle up a little and taught them to art of slow release of clutch without needing the throttle and once the bike was idling along then they could use the throttle
