Default Brand new Peace 110cc ATV makes strange transmission rattle

We have a brand new Peace TPATV 517 110cc ATV. I believe it has a CTV or 1 speed transmission. Anyway, it makes concerning rattling/knocking noises while driving. While idle, sounds perfect. Only when driving do we get this noise. Our ATV is brand new, noticed it immediately. Hear it on you tube below....

will they take it back for warranty work or factory defect? wow, sounds like it is on the output shaft (CVT Clutch area).

some dealers/manufacturers give a 60-90 day warranty on machines. you may check that out.

The drive chain is very tight, and not hitting anything. I have not taken anything apart because it is brand new. I bought it on the internet from WickedAtvs.com Just wanted to make sure others did not have this same noise before I make a complaint to them. Seems to drive ok, just noisy
