Hey guys, on a hi-bird200cc quad the bore is 63.5mm and the stroke is 62.2mm. I have 2 question, how much can you bore a stock cylinder. I found a piston that is 68.5mm for a honda recon 229cc with the same stroke. If I were to resleeve the jug wouldn't I need to weight match the piston to keep the rotating assembly balanced?
