2007 Hensim 150cc quad
I adjusted the shifter linkage because I had lost forward gear. Forward neutral and reverse work now but it jumps or bucks in forward and not sure if maybe I did not adjust correctly? Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

jumps or lunges when it is already in gear and gaining forward motion or does it jump/lurch/lunge when you put it in gear? if the latter, reduce your RPMs, lower the idle

 

it jumps when already in gear and accelerating forward.

 

i'm presuming it is a CVT/Automatic....so, take off the belt drive cover, put the quad on blocks, fire it up, rev it up and watch the CVT drive pulleys to see if they're hanging up/sticking and affecting the power transmission through the belt to the rearend.
