Default No spark

ARRRGGGGGHHHH!!! GD Chinese Quads! One quad fixed the other buggered!

Okay so was running great two weeks ago. Haven't touch it since (doing repairs on another quad). I have checked everything. According to prior posts on testing fiction of CDI, spark plug, kill switch. No Avail

1. Guaranteed good spark plug - testing on another unit.
2. 6Pin AC CDI is within guidelines of previous posts by LynnEdwards.
3. Disconnected kill switch wire from CDI. Nothing.
4. Tested battery. Good. (Pressed start for 30sec continuous no prob)

Wants to turn over just won't
FYI 2011 Daymak Sasquatch 150cc

I also have a 260 Daymak Sasquatch. They're alright machines for the price. But I'm wishing I had of boughten a used Honda or Yamaha. For the same I bought them for. At any rate it is what it is and Ill ride anything I can afford till I can spend some serious coin.

Please help.

define won't turn over....do you mean it cranks but won't go ahead and fire up and run or has a hard time cranking/turning over? if it won't hardly crank/turn over, check the voltage at the battery while it cranks to see how much the starter is drawing from it. i see that your battery tested good and had no problems, but i'm struggling with your verbiage on the "won't turn over". bear with me as we work through this.

Try's to start as in cranks but no spark. Took kill switch wire off ( disconnected ) from CDI and still no spark. I am going to test the coil and go from there. Note: was running fine 2 weeks ago. Without any starting problems.

Ok. So I tested the coil and its good.

I have a question though - should you open stater/ flywheel/ magneto before switching CDI. Please note that it was running fine three weeks ago. It's only 2011 so I wouldn't think stater and etc.

Thank you in advance.
