sounds like it's time to whoop out the multimeter/ohm meter and get busy tracking down voltage/continuity to see where the deficiency is located. is the red kill slider switch intact? have you tested to see if it is faulty?

to test for continuity, select infinity on the meter and use your leads on the wires. you'll see it go to zero if it makes out good. if the wire is broken you won't read jack. just like if you select infinity and then touch the black lead to the red lead. it's making good contact. if that doesn't make sense, pull up youtube and search for "how to use a multimeter/ohm meter". there are several dozen videos on how to test wiring on quads/motorcycles. very informative.

Ok So I don't miss anything on this you have no spark does it crank with the push button? I do not want to sound degrading but have you made sure that the kill switch on the handle bar is in the on or run. My dad put 3 plugs in his atv with no spark before I came over and found that the switch was off. How did you test for spark? Have you tried this with a new or known good spark plug? Let's start with those questions. I do have a blog that has some basic uses of a mulit meter at Scooter's Scooters. I have some basic starting trouble shooting there also for the push button start.
