IF you are trying to say the engine restarts by itself, without anyone engaging the starter switch, button, or any other apparatus to cause that action to happen then you may want to take that meter and check if the solenoid is being energized because of a faulty starter switch, button, or any other apparatus normally used to cause that action deliberately.

There is no such things as ghosts and the solenoid is being energized. CHECK THE STARTER SWITCH !!!!!

please help me to figure out it with voltmeter, to check on the solenoid that ignition sends signals to start all the time.
NO it doesn't send the signal all of the time. whether the ignition is on your generator, quad, motorcycle, kenworth, or your car or pick up truck, it's the same principle. do you know how they work? ignition has to be on to complete a "RUN" circuit. you roll the key over to the start position to close the circuit to send the proper voltage to the solenoid to crank the starter to turn the engine over to achieve spark generation while producing vacuum to pull fuel into the carburetor (or fuel pump is energized), then the engine turns over cause the starter is cranking and once timing is good and all of these items are in sync with each other as designed, the engine starts and runs, the key you used is returned back to its "RUN" position and the starter circuit has returned to the open position thus stopping the starter from cranking. SO, whether the key is used to crank the starter OR you have a push button to crank the starter, it's the same thing. you must test the wiring circuits to see which ones are closed and should remain closed, or open and should remain open, OR are closed when cranking and open when cranking is complete.
savvy?
armagh, don't forget about Casper!. bwahahaha!
