Default Bashan Blue and White Smoke When hot

Hi All yes i have a Bashan 200S-7 (2008) I know another chinee chocolate quad LOL but please help????

I drive it every day to work and last week on the way back i noticed it overheated and lost all coolant (Turned ot to be the Radiator). Bought a new one when i come to fit it the fan fell apart so bought a new one. Back running but when it was hot i was getting puffs of white smoke and the odd blue smoke when i stop and drive off again and splutters while puffing it out and if you stop it stalls.

As it was white smoke i replaced the head gasket yesterday. Ran very well and quiet (adjusted the tappets while i was at it) took it out and after it got hot it spluttered again and puffed white smoke out then puffed blue out..then was ok but stalls when idling

Can anybody help as i think i may have to book it in to a shop as dont wanna replace parts for nothing

Could i over filled the oil????

Lee

Tut tut c'mon guys pretty new to quads. Anyone shed a light. Think it's my piston rings completely blue smoke and runs like poop only when the quad gets warmed up. Think now the head gasket is fixed and getting more compression its giving my worn rings more stick.. Wot u all think

although i'm not real familiar with your quad, i presume you've checked the thermostat to make sure it ain't sticking closed? i hope you didn't toast the rings.

Well I've not checked the thermostat as such but when it gets warm the pipe back to the rad gets warm so I presume it's working. I'm presuming it's the rings due to the blue smoke
