I am in need of a basic wiring diagram so we can simplify the wiring on my sons fa-c70. Currently not running no spark any suggestions.

 

does it crank? i am presuming so seeing how you said no spark. how many pins on CDI? how many stator wires? have you checked all quick connects? sometimes pins/spades back up inside of the plastic quick connects. that's a good place to start.

Thanks, Cranks ok and was running fine, but when I started checking electrical sames like a lot of connects sensors could be eliminated or bypassed. Need basic wiring diagram though..

 

as i don't have any diagrams, i usually pull off of a yahoo search, look at images and try to match up based on color, number of wires out of stator, number of pins on CDI. that usually does the trick.
