I am having problems getting this atv wiring hooked up. First off this bike has been rode hard and put away wet for years and it time to do some rewiring! I had to order a new handlebar switch and solenoid as these were known problems. There is torn wiring on the bike and after alot of testing I feel like i am close, but suspect my rectifier might be bad as well.
I have power(12+ V) coming out of ignition switch and into rectifier, but not coming out of rectifier back to handlebar harness. In the attached picture there is power to green wire with ignition on and power to orange wire with brake depressed. Any ideas on what why i have no power to harness(volts dc or ac) I can jump solenoid to get power to starter but it seems like its shorting out, only a half a turn.
